What is Yoga?
Yoga is a way of life.  Through its different strands it has proven self help  practices for a healthy happy life.  It's a holistic practice that weaves physical movement and stillness, mindful breathing with gentle control (pranayama), the use of energy locks (band), mudras & yantras (shapes with parts of the body), sounding practices (chanting & kirtan),  guided relaxation/meditation and yoga nidra (yogic sleep).  The yoga tapestry promotes overall well-being, enhancing flexibility, strength, and mental clarity, while also fostering inner peace and balance. Through regularity and repetition, practitioners can experience improved health and a deeper connection to  mind and body. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, yoga offers something valuable for all.
