Love Embodiment Retreat

As summer draws ever closer and the beauty of spring reaches its fullest expression, the world around us seems to hum with a quiet reminder, love is everywhere, the dancing of the bees and the butterflies, the smell of the magnificent roses and the birds singing of freedom.
Ananda, Prem and Bhav are yogic expressions of the highest love, a universal, boundless and impersonal love that connects all beings, all things, the all and everything. A love that transcends the personal and awakens us to our deepest truth. A love powerful enough to transform the way we live, breathe and relate in the world. Bhakti is the yogic path of devotion, the sacred practice of tending our inner flame and returning again and again to the heart.
As Maya Angelou so beautifully said:
"What really matters now is love. I mean, that condition in the human spirit that is so profound it allows us to rise. Strength, love, courage, love, kindness, love, that is really what matters.”
Our 2026 retreat is offered in September just as this years summer draws to a close, an invitation to step away from the noise of our everyday modern life and into the embrace of nature. Together, with opening hearts, we will gather beneath vast Welsh skies, breathing deeply, moving gently, and remembering our connection to ourselves, to one another, and to the living world around us, our great mother, and all her creations. As we once again return to the Mandala Yoga Ashram, a place that has profoundly shaped my own spiritual path and continues to offer a sanctuary for authentic inner work. Nestled within breathtaking natural beauty, it is a space to move, sound, still, rest, restore and reconnect; a place where transformation unfolds quietly and where love can be felt not as an idea, but as a living presence.
I consciously choose to embody love. To think with love, speak with love and move with love. We are all shaped and moulded by our experiences, and it is through our perception of them that our inner story is written, leading to suffering or utopia and everything in-between. And in every moment, we are offered a choice.
And I choose love. This is one of the reasons we have named our September retreat Love Embodiment.
If something within you stirs, trust in that and join us for three days and nights of practice, presence, connection and renewal. All practices can be done on a chair, so you can be comfortable, paticularly if the floor is not in your practice yet. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held by community, nature and the wisdom of your own heart.
A few spaces available. Reserve yours today and step into this shared journey of devotion, belonging and love with us.
When : Thursday 10 - Sunday 13 September
