A typical day on retreat with us

Morning sharing experiences with chanting, meditation, somatic yoga practices and partaking in some selfless service as part of the ashram community

Afternoons of spaciousness, to walk in nature, rest, and gentle integration through a guided relaxation practice (yoga Nidra)

Evenings of community, celebration, and reflection with kirtan, meditation, gentle restoration practices and sharing circle

Delicious vegetarian meals lovingly made using fresh ingredients, many grown in the ashram’s own gardens!

Most of us journey through life on autopilot, unaware of how deeply conditioned we are. But we can change that, through gently waking up, opening our hearts to ourselves, and all and everything through our practices. Slowing down a little and feeling what our magnificent body truly needs to thrive moment to moment, as our hearts begin to bloom more and evermore.
