Ingredients

  • one orange

  • two cups of alternative milk of your choosing

  • one quarter of a cup of rolled oats

  • one table spoon of flaxseeds

  • one table spoon of sunflower seeds (and/or other seed varieties that take your fancy from your cupboard)

  • a few grates of ginger for your tastebuds (no need to peel just grate it in)

  • one teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1


peel and de-seed the orange (pop the peel and the seeds in your compost)


Step 2


add all the ingredients in the blender and blitz for 30 seconds or a little longer for a more smoother drink


Step 3

Enjoy! if you are not drinking it immediately pop a couple of ice cubes in the smoothie to keep it chilled.
