So the invitation this week to find ten beautiful reflective minutes in our lives this week and sit in our comfortable seat (asana) and think about all the things we do in our life that helps exude a state of relaxation from within.
One of the laws of this manifest universe is cause and effect, we plant seeds and then they grow, and we reap the benefit or detriment of what we have planted when it has grown, matured, flowered in our lives.
So let us reflect on how often we act from a space of stress and how this makes us feel? (mentally and physically, this links back to my addiction post a couple of weeks ago as most of us are addicted to stress) What effects acting from this space brings into our lives both positive and negative. Then finally reflect on how we can bring more relaxation and therefore self-care into our week (a time to de-stress, and unwind fully), to let go, to really re-become one with ourselves once again. What will this look like? how will we make time to allow ourself to be in the receptive space to create our relaxation to bubble up from with so we can act mindfully in and on our lives, in this world?
