Our Mother ‘earth' rests at night and in the winter season - you are her child so make plans to rest too.
So, this week’s invitation is to start thinking about making your routine nightly plans to rest moving forward rather than burning that end of the candle too far, and begin to plan what you want to do to rest and restore over the coming winter period... it comes around in less than three months. A good rule of thumb is… be awake in daylight hours and resting, restoring and sleeping in the dark, twilight (not before 6am or past 9pm) is there to enjoy and meditate, chant, and do our movement practices, so we can ensure we awaken in the morning, and get good quality sleep in the night too.
